OPTION 1 Fish : Roasted turbot, with sautéed lobster, Chinese cabbage and shellfish stock. Side dishes: truffle mashed potatoes, vegetable fricassee and broccoli tart.

5 Belgium cities welcome Christmas with a fantastic light parade and a wonderful firework! The Parade consists of 250 artists all dressed in a costume rich of light and a dozen of floats.

In Brussels this parade will take place at the 5^th of December and will start at the Bourse. The Parade goes via the Avenue A. Dansaert till Avenue Lepage and after the parade everyone could go to Square Maire Dupage where a firework show will be the final of the Parade.

The Parade starts at 18.00h and will take about an hour till the fireworks starts! The entrance is free!

The night of October 2nd 2010 the city of Brussels organises 
the 9^th edition of Nuit Blanche.

A wonderful night at Brussels for everyone!

People can discover new angels of the city.
There is a warm and festive atmosphere in which you can find cooperation between artists and people. Nuit Blanche is the opportunity for the audience to be an artist for one night!

Every two years in August, an enormous “Flower Carpet” is set up in “the Grand Place” for a few days. A million colourful begonias are set up in patterns, and the display covers a full 24 by 77 metres (79 by 253 ft), for area total of 1,800 square metres (19,000 sq ft). The first flower carpet was made in 1971, and due to its popularity, the tradition continued, with the flower carpet attracting a large number of tourists…

This year it will take place from August the 13th to 15th.
